P133 [Digital In1 Sel] is kept at its default of “Stop/CF”.
P134 [Digital In2 Sel] = 5 “Run”
P137 [Digital In5 Sel] = 17 “Speed Sel 1”
P138 [Digital In6 Sel] = 18 “Speed Sel 2”
P44 [Speed Ref A]
P48 [Speed Ref B]
P155 [Preset Speed 2]
P156 [Preset Speed 3]
Note: If Digital Input 5 & 6 are open, then the drive uses
P44 [Speed Ref A] as it’s speed reference.
- Refer to the PowerFlex DC User Manual,
Publication 20-p-um001, for more details on wiring
examples, Digital Input conguration and Speed Reference
selection.
( User Supplied )
NOTE: If your drive utilizes 115 VAC Inputs, refer to the
PowerFlex DC user manual, Appendix G for details on the
115V AC to 24V DC I/O Converter Circuit Board.

(1) Require for initial startup and
operational checks. Voltage must be
present at these points during operation. In
other words, these terminals must be made.
If open, the drive will be ‘Not Ready’.
(2) RUN – Edge sensitive signal that
initiates a Run command (0 1 = Run). If
the Drive is Run, voltage may be applied to
the armature causing the motor to reach the
desired speed.
